CBD Oil and its 5 Surprising Health Benefits

CBD oil or oils made from Cannabidiol is a very popular remedy used to treat many of the common ailments. THC is the main psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis, which causes the ‘high’ feeling, which is often associated with cannabis. However, unlike its counterpart, CBD is not psychoactive. This quality of Cannabidiol makes it a good option for those who are looking for pain relief and other problems without the mind-altering effect of THC. CBD oil is often made by extracting CBD from cannabis or hemp plant, and then diluting it with other oils like coconut or hemp seed oil. So, below I’m sharing few health benefits of the CBD oil that are backed by scientists and pieces of evidence; CBD Oils May Reduce Acne Acne is a very common skin problem that affects around 9 percent of the population. According to researchers, acne is caused by various reasons including, underlying inflammation, bacteria, genetic, etc. Often overproduction of sebum, which is basically an oil secretion from the sebaceous glands causes acne. Based on various researches, CBD oils can treat these acne-related issues due to its ability to reduce the secretion of sebum and its anti-inflammatory properties. CBD Oils can Treat Sleeplessness and Anxiety CBD oils have a great ability to act on the brain’s receptors, which eventually helps to regulate social behavior and mood. It is more or less similar to anti-depressants, but it works in a much more natural way. However, be very careful to use only CBD oil to treat any kind of condition that are anxiety-related. Any traces of THC can increase the anxiety level and can reverse the desired effect.     According to a Brazilian study, as much as 57 men took CBD 90 minutes before a public speaking test. Later the researchers found that a dosage of 300-mg was most effectively reducing anxiety during the test. When Brain Health Matters According to a recent estimation, as much as 14 million Americans will be at risk of Alzheimer’s by 2050, which will cost the nation nearly $1.1 trillion. As per recent research CBD oils can protect the brain from Dementia and Alzheimer’s, as it can help to prevent radical brain damage by reducing inflammation and by helping the brain to generate new cells. This is the main reason of CBDs popularity amongst the patients who are suffering from seizures. Treating Heart and Blood Pressure As per recent research, Cannabidiol can be a natural treatment to lower higher blood pressure. A study also revealed that using these oils can reduce the systolic blood pressure and stroke volume amongst the subjects who are exposed to stress. Researchers believe the anxiety regulating properties of CBD was responsible to lower the blood pressure, which results in better heart health. Also, thanks to the anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties can help to prevent heart-related illness. Pain Relief Recently scientists have discovered that various components of marijuana, which include CBD are responsible for pain-relieving properties. Studies have shown that CBD can help to reduce chronic pain by impacting the endocannabinoid receptor, which eventually helps to reduce inflammation. Multiple studies have found, that a combination of CBD and THC can be effective in treating arthritis-related pain. Several countries have already approved a spray named Sativex, which is basically a combination of CBD and THC to treat pains due to multiple sclerosis. However, more studies are needed to determine if CBD is really helpful and safe in chronic pain. Currently, many Cannabidiol based products are popping up in many skincare products and sexual health products. However, research is still underway when it comes to its effectiveness on arthritis, various respiratory illnesses, allergies, and cancer prevention. The FDA is yet to take steps in order to regulate the production of Cannabidiol related products, and obviously more researches are needed to be done on safe interactions between other medications and Cannabidiol. Still, with more and more researches and clinical trials, soon CBD oils might become widely accepted and more readily available. However, you should still consult your physician before adding CBD to your health regime.

Top 5 5G Myths Debunked

Attention! This is a post where we have debunked the top 5 5G myths. The 5th generation of high-speed mobile data, also known as 5G, is now live in multiple locations of the UK, Australia, and the US. However, since the first day of rolling out this high-speed cell phone network, many misconceptions and confusion around the technology also took birth. One of the most alarming theories came up just in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic when few conspiracy theorists tried to like 5G with the spread of Coronavirus. As expected, this resulted in a massive uproar and people started to burning cell phone towers, and even people started to threaten broadband engineers. So, social media giants like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter scrambled into action to stop the misinformation and myths about 5G network. If you look beyond the myths of 5g, you will see it has a massive impact on people’s lives across the planet due to its high speed. 5G will not only provide high-speed data, but a range of industries including autonomous vehicles, drones, IoT, and the health care industry will be benefitted due to its speed. According to experts, there will be as many as 1 billion 5G users by 2023. so, in this article, we have the top 5 5G myths debunked for you. Do I Need a New Phone? The first amongst the top 5 5G myths debunked for you is, your existing phone will continue to work on the 4G network. It’s true that you’ll need a 5G phone to access a 5G network, but it doesn’t mean that you need a swanky new phone to reap all the speed benefits. With the rolling out of the new generation network, one may experience much faster speed with 4G. Additionally, the new generation network system isn’t replacing 4G networks completely. So, even if there’s 5G available in your area, your phone won’t be obsolete anytime soon and it will work completely fine on existing 4G networks. Will 5G Replace Broadband? The 2nd amongst the top 5 debunked 5G myths is, home broadband will continue to work. There won’t be many changes in-home broadband services. Broadband demise due to 5G is too exaggerated, even if the survey suggests going completely wireless. 5G operates in a higher millimeter wave, which means it struggles in long distances and penetrating walls. So, don’t believe in those 5G conspiracy theories, which say home broadband would be obsolete after the launch of 5G. 5G and Digital Divide While debunking the 5G myths, we came across a very important point. Even though 5G is being rolled out in a few of the countries, then switch over from 4G to 5G will be staggered and might take years. So, there’ll be few pockets where the new generation of the internet will work, but 4G will be in larger areas and it’ll take some time to completely replace 4G. Also, few of the rural areas of the country still lack any kind of internet, so expecting high-speed mobile data in those areas would be too much to expect. There’s a high chance that 5th generation cell phone network era can eventually widen the digital divide even more. Can 5G Cause Cancer? Attention!!! One of the biggest 5G health risks debunked. The biggest fear regarding 5G is, it is unsafe due to its radio frequency, and it will expose people to radiation, which can eventually lead to cancer. However, a direct link between cell phone tower radiation and cancer is quite complicated and is often overstated. According to research, there’s a steep increase in microwave absorption takes place at higher frequencies. Although the research wasn’t wrong, the conspiracy theorists conveniently neglected the fact, that the research was conducted on exposed tissues, not on cells that are deep inside the human body. Also, the skin of our body can block higher radio frequencies, which wasn’t taken into account. Additionally, most of the nation often enforces strict regulations when it comes to radiation absorption. So, there’s very little to worry about. Till now we have debunked 4 myths of 5G now read more to know the last one amongst all the debunked 5G myths. Will 5G Impact Daily Life Massively? Until 5G becomes mainstream, it would continue to drive various fundamental changes across various industries ranging from manufacturing to drones in the agriculture sector. Also, as demanded performing an entire surgery over the 5th generation mobile network isn’t going to be mainstream just now, and there’s a little doubt that it will completely revolutionize health care now. Additionally, if you think that the latest generation of cell phone networks will help you to stream the best quality video content, then you might be wrong. Mostly because it depends on the video streaming service provider and its plan. If you have a basic SD plan from Netflix then there’s no way that you can watch your TV shows in high definition. You need to have premium plans for a premium viewing experience. So, there’s little evidence that 5G will completely change our life and it’ll be massively usable over the existing 4G networks. The new generation network is still in its early days and will still take a few years of time to become mainstream.

Great News! Apple iPhone 12 will be Manufactured in India

Apparently, Apple’s one of the biggest suppliers Wistron has started trial production of the upcoming iPhone 12 at a facility near Bengaluru, India. It has been reported that Wistron is all set to hire as much as 10,000 new staff for the manufacturing facility in India. The American tech giant has been making lower-priced iPhones in India since 2017 and the iPhone 12 would be the 7th smartphone model that would be produced in India. However, it is the first high-end device to be manufactured in India. Also, the production of iPhone SE is all set to start in India by the end of 2020. According to media reports, the new facility would manufacture the iPhone 12 and the older plant in Bengaluru would manufacture the iPhone SE. So, Apple is aggressively stepping up its manufacturing efforts in India in an effort to move away from China. Apple’s supplier Samsung and Pegatron are now expected to set-up production facilities in the sub-continent. Additionally, Foxconn has already announced that it will invest as much as $1 billion in India. Although Foxconn has already started its first manufacturing plant in India a few years back.     Various government initiatives are making India based production an attractive affair for the large tech giants. India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Make in India” initiative also demands at least 30 percent of total products sold by foreign brands to be made in India. Also, increased production in India will allow the Cupertino based organization to price iPhone 12 a bit more competitively in the country. As the local production will help the organization to bypass import duties that are levied on imported products, which could be as high as 22 percent. Also, the company is all set to start its first flagship store in India by 2021. Currently, India is the second-largest smartphone market on the planet earth. However, Apple only has a market share of only 1 percent even after dominating the premium smartphone category. It is mainly due to the premium pricing of iPhones and increasing competition from the Chinese smartphone makers that offer a much broader portfolio of smartphones. However, it is still not clear if Apple will not have any iPhones 12 ready in time for the September launch. It is also possible that Apple might announce a couple of iPhone 12 models for now and delay the higher-end variants by the end of the year. This year Apple may announce three iPhone models, namely iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Although all of these names are still guess, there’s no way of confirming these names until the launch day, Previously in July 2018, Samsung launched the world’s biggest mobile phone factory in Noida, India. The factory is now aiming to manufacture as much as 68 million phones by the end of 2020. Few Chinese brands such as Vivo, Oppo, and Xiaomi have started producing smartphones in India. Also, the Indian government is trying to break the Chinese dominance in the electronics market by bringing up a PLI scheme. According to the scheme, international brands will eventually get an incentive on smartphones having invoice value of 15,000 Indian Rupee and above. However, no threshold has been decided for domestic organizations, and due to this threshold brands like Samsung, Apple, OnePlus will be benefited the most. Whereas brands like Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi may lose out, as they mostly cater to the sub 15,000 price segment. The government officials now feel that the PLI scheme will help the subcontinent to become a top smartphone manufacturer. India became the planet’s 2nd largest smartphone maker in 2017. According to industry experts, the mobile manufacturing industry is very positive regarding the government’s move and this will eventually lead smartphone companies to move their smartphone supply chains in India, which will also help to create new jobs and bring more investment.

CBD! The Next Big Thing

CBD or Cannabidiol is a much lesser known ingredient of the Cannabis Sativa plant; THC or the tetrahydrocannabinol is the plant’s much well-known active ingredient, which gives the ‘high’ feeling. With roots in Central Asia, Cannabis plants are believed to be first used for rituals or medicinally back in 750 B.C. However, there are some other estimates too. Although Cannabis or hemp plants or the THC always stays in the spotlight but there are high chances that you have never heard much about Cannabidiol. No, it’s not only you, but most of the people also have never heard about Cannabidiol, and the worst part is people often get confused when weed is associated with CBD.    THC and Cannabidiol are only two of the plant’s more than 100 cannabinoids. Where the THC is psychoactive and gives a feeling of high, on the other hand, CBD may or may not be psychoactive and is still a matter of debate. So, What is CBD? Cannabidiol is basically a cannabinoid, which is present in a hemp plant. Although there are many strains of the CBD plant, the Sativa strain is most commonly used to make CBD. Cannabidiol is mainly extracted from cannabis flowers and buds. Cannabidiol is often advertised as a relief provider from issues related to anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. CBD is also being marketed to promote sleep. Part of CBD’s popularity is due to its non-psychoactive nature, which eventually helps people to extract all the health benefits from the plant, without being high or stoned.         Is CBD Legal? The answer can be both, Yes and No, mostly depending on where you live. In some of the states, Marijuana is legal for both medicinal and recreational use, in some states it’s legal for medical usage and in some states it’s not legal at all. The FDA is still trying to get its arms around the issue. Do you know what the best part is? The agency has formed a group in order to create a guideline that could eventually help organizations to market these products, legally! For now, CBD products are being considered as supplements, which aren’t regulated by the FDA, and it is illegal to claim any health and therapeutic advantages of the products in their marketing. Does CBD Work? According to researchers, there are few pieces of evidence that Cannabidiol works for some specific conditions, but certainly, it may not work for all the conditions it is being promoted these days. For example, there’s no example of CBD curing cancer. Still, there is evidence that it can help to sleep better, reduce pain, anxiety, and muscle spasticity. Last year the FDA approved Epidiolex, which is a purified Cannabidiol extract in order to treat rare seizure disorders in patients of 2 years or older after clinical trials on more than 500 patients showed, the drug when taken with other medications, helped to reduce seizures. While there is a massive burden of hope on CBD extracts for treating other conditions, the Epidiolex is the only FDA approved drug that is Cannabidiol derived. Till date, most of the research on cannabidiol has been done on animals, and with each passing day, its popularity and hope are outpacing science. Is CBD Safe? As for the adults, it looks like a safe product. However, it still has some side-effects for a few people, which include nausea, irritability, and fatigue. It can also interact with certain medications, so double-checking with your doctor is absolutely necessary. According to research, only a third of the 84 Cannabidiol products that were studied, mentioned the amount of CBD on their levels. What is also notable is that some of the Cannabidiol users failed drug tests, when the product contained more THC than indicated.      So, as a supporter of Cannabidiol related products and after some research I can only say, CBD-oils are definitely is not a scam or something that should be completely written off, but when we are putting that into tampons or into mascara then it becomes a scam.
